• Define company Values in the “Essentials for Success” workshop
• Define change projects to assure performance improvement

Key Learning Points

• People who work in the next office don’t always understand what you do
• Living the company values is different to having them printed on a mug
• Developing a list of initiatives across departments allows more effective prioritization and collaboration
• Management of multiple initiatives can be achieved with a simple approach
