Since then, we have continued to support a range of high risk and mission critical projects including: Curriculum for Excellence; National Waste Strategy; Procurement Reform Programme; Royal Botanic Gardens Edinburgh Gateway Centre; Clyde & Hebrides Ferries Project, and the New South Glasgow Hospitals Project.

"I am immensely grateful to William and the review team for making this a very valuable experience for us at RBGE. I feel very much clearer about the way forward and more confident that they key issues we need to tackle are clearly identified."

Edinburgh University Edinburgh University
Valuta is currently supporting major projects at Edinburgh University with independent project review, including EUCLID - a comprehensive student administration system for the whole university; and the University Web Development Project.

"I particularly value the Valuta team's ability to translate good project practice into our own environment. Their advice is presented in a way which reflects, but also challenges, our institutional culture, and allows us to maximise the benefit of their involvement, which is central to the success of our project."
Nigel Seaton, Assistant Principal, University of Edinburgh.

Highlands and Islands Enterprise Highlands and Islands Enterprise
Valuta provides HIE with a managed service for independent project reviews. The service includes training team members, identifying projects suitable for review, continuous improvement of the review process and the extraction of lessons learnt for use across the HIE organisation. Valuta is supporting a wide range of projects across the HIE structure. This picture is from the development of the European Marine Energy Centre (EMEC) on Orkney.

"When you have your head down, totally immersed in a project, it is immensely valuable to have the services of an experienced, external team to assure you on, or alert you to, substantive areas of the project. The Valuta review has been widely used by HIE, always with constructive and practical results. In addition, training our own people on the review principals has resulted in better all round project management."
Jackie Wright, Director Business Growth & Research, Highlands and Island Enterprise.
