Valuta working with Surrey University

We have started our work with Surrey University, a review of the University’s academic administration and the development and support for an improvement plan.

Valuta is deploying a three-phase approach to the assignment and will be working with both faculty and central administrators to identify opportunities for improved performance.  We have completed our initial fact finding mission and will be carrying out a more detailed analysis in phase two, before leading a series of action planning workshops in phase three.
