Portfolio Improvement

Where your organisation has an existing approach to project management – either formal or ad-hoc – and you want to make fundamental improvements to your approach, we offer the Valuta Portfolio Improvement service.

This service includes a comprehensive assessment of your specific needs and the way projects are currently delivered.  The output of the assessment includes a recommended approach, with requirements for process improvement and training needs defined.  The Valuta team will provide ongoing support until you are comfortable and confident with the revised approach. 

As with all our services, the central theme is to understand your needs and the particular constraints of the project environment, before developing recommendations for the way forward.  At Valuta, we have seen many different ways of working in different types of organisations, and we have learnt that one size certainly does not fit all.
