The Valuta Project Accelerator service is ideal for a project that is progressing, but is starting to miss milestones and show some signs of strain.

You can start working with us at any point in the lifecycle, from start-up to closure, if you recognise signs of slippage.  Early action often leads to smaller problems.

This level of service builds a dynamic joint action plan with the client to improve the performance of your project.  Using the same blended client / Valuta assessment process seen in our Tracker service, the status of the project is quickly understood, allowing the joint action plan to be developed.  This action plan often includes interventions designed to improve the performance of critical areas of the project.  Interventions may range from one-to-one mentoring, through team training and development, to facilitated workshops with the governance group.

The Valuta Project Accelerator service sees our team working closely with you to improve the performance of critical areas of your project.  Although the working relationship is closer, our focus is still to improve internal capability, leaving you with greater skills and confidence to deliver successful projects.
