Project Tracker

The Valuta Project Tracker service provides you with assurance that your project is on track to deliver successfully.  We will assess the status of your project against the Valuta Success Criteria* at key stages of its lifecycle and identify where things are going well and define opportunities for improvement.

The assessment will typically be carried out by a blended Client / Valuta team and lead to feedback using a development workshop.

The benefits of our light-touch Tracker service include short, highly efficient assessments of project health; the ability to track the project’s status over time against the Valuta Success Criteria; and the opportunity to develop enhanced operating processes by sharing lessons learnt with other projects.

We will develop and monitor a joint action plan with you, which focuses on change using your own internal capabilities and ensuring that you get the greatest value from our work.

* The Valuta Successful Delivery Criteria have been developed from our experience gained working with over 100 high risk projects and programmes across the UK.  Findings are presented using an intuitive graphical tool.
