When you have your head down, totally immersed in a project, it is immensely valuable to have the services of an experienced, external team to assure you on, or alert you to, substantive areas of the project. The Valuta review has been widely used by HIE, always with constructive and practical results. In addition, training our own people on the review principals has resulted in better all round project management.
